We strive to deliver exceptional services that meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both parties' interests.
3. Service-Specific Refund Terms
3.1 Web Development Services
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund if project is cancelled within 48 hours of contract signing and no work has commenced
- Partial refund (up to 70%) if project is cancelled within the first week and minimal work has been completed
- No refund after significant development work has been completed (beyond 25% of project scope)
Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project cancellation.
3.2 Cloud & DevOps Services
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund for setup fees if cancelled before implementation begins
- Pro-rated refund for monthly services based on unused portion
- No refund for completed migrations or implementations
Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service cancellation.
3.3 Security & Compliance Services
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refund if cancelled before assessment begins
- Partial refund (up to 50%) if cancelled after assessment but before report delivery
- No refund after report delivery or implementation of recommendations
Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion.
3.4 Managed IT Support
Refund Eligibility:
- Pro-rated refund for unused portion of monthly/annual contracts
- Full refund for first month if cancelled within 7 days of service start
- No refund for emergency support services already provided
Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service cancellation.
4. Cancellation Process
4.1 How to Cancel
To cancel a service or request a refund, please:

- State the reason for cancellation
- Specify whether you want a refund or service transfer
4.2 Cancellation Timeline
- Immediate Services: Cancellation takes effect immediately upon request
- Ongoing Projects: Cancellation takes effect within 2 business days
- Contractual Services: Cancellation follows the terms specified in the service agreement
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Timeline
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
- UPI Payments: 2-5 business days
- Cheque Payments: 10-15 business days
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Custom software licenses purchased on behalf of the client
- Third-party service fees and subscriptions
- Domain registration and hosting fees
- Completed deliverables and work products
- Emergency support services already provided
- Training and consultation services already delivered
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by our management team
- Provide additional documentation to support your claim
- Escalate the matter through our customer service process
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
